Working in economic development for more than two decades, Loni has had a front row seat in watching the successful business and residential growth of Rapid City. With a long history in economic development, she provides background and assistance as Elevate’s Ecosystem Support & Property Manager.  

Loni grew up in New Underwood and has always enjoyed the quiet life of country living. She enjoys camping with her husband Monte, their three children and three grandchildren. They are the sixth generation to live on Monte’s family’s homestead near Hereford and Union Center.
